Poverty
Bed stricken
Disabled

These people are victims of bad fortune
People who are in need
And those who can't make ends meet

In this darkness
They need a light
A light which brings hope to them
Who or where us this light?
It is us

If we put our heart, soul and mind
To a cause
A cause to change the course of their lives
A brighter day is definitely ahead

Even a single penny
That drops in a can
Can make a difference

 

So my dear friends
It's not a difficult task
Just requires a small sacrifice on your part
A few minutes or hours of your week
It is this sacrifice
We, members of the human society
Acknowledge as
Volunteerism
